Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Job Summary
- Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift Available:
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Rotating schedule: 3 on/2 off; 2 on/3 off)
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and electrical issues, including PLCs and ladder logic.
- Maintain, repair, and ensure the daily upkeep of machinery and equipment.
- Assist with equipment setup and relocation.
- Focus on improving uptime/downtime and operational efficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years in maintenance, including automation and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems (5V to 480V), and schematic reading.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with PLC design software and general computer applications.
- Certifications:
- Willingness to obtain forklift, overhead crane, and elevated lift licenses.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must perform physical activities such as climbing, kneeling, and balancing.
