Responsibilities
- Answering customer service calls in a high call volume environment
- Answering customer service emails
- Answering customer service live chats
- Selling travel insurance
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Provide general office support
- Provide general assistance to outside agents
- Correspond with Vendor partners regarding problems on reservations
- Collect outstanding balances
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or better
- 0-2 Years customer service experience (this is an entry level position)
- Must have complete mastery of basic computer skills, you will have to take a computer skills test if you are interviewed
- Bonus: Speak Spanish
