Scope:
- Procurement, order devices, also help out on Service Desk
- No Physical distributing logistics requirements
- Full Time in office to start / train - then 1-2 days in office at steady state
- Ordering from FirstNet - have them stage and kit them.
- Simple form that's filled out and sent to the carrier, AT&T Firstnet.
- Assist in Phone order process
- Personable, patient, and clear communication skills, will interface with clinical caregivers. They could/would deal with flustered or frustrated people.
