Role: Mobile Procurement/Logistics Specialist
Location: Hybrid; Melville & New Hyde Park, Long Island, NY
Schedule: Initially full-time in-office for training, then transitioning to 1-2 days in-office per week at steady state.
Scope of Work:
- Responsible for the procurement and ordering of devices.
- Support service desk operations as needed.
- Manage device ordering through FirstNet, including staging and kitting.
- Handle a simple form process for device orders sent to Clients FirstNet.
- Assist in the overall phone order process.
Required Skills:
- Must be personable, patient, and possess clear communication skills.
- Experience interfacing with clinical caregivers and managing interactions with potentially flustered or frustrated individuals is crucial.
- This role demands a specialist who can effectively manage mobile procurement and logistics while providing excellent support to our clinical staff.
