Full Time: Commercial Interior Project Manager, Construction PM, Interiors PM
Location: Reno, NV or Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $80,000-$140,000
Skills: Could be APM/PE/PM candidate with 2 years of experience working Commercial Interior's projects. Candidates with metal-stud and drywall experience is a MUST.
We are looking for a full-time Commercial Interior PE or Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial interior projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial interior projects, from concept to completion
- Work with clients to develop project requirements and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Ensure that projects meet all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- 2 years of experience managing commercial interior projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
