Job Description

The Operations department of the Crum & Forster Accident & Health division is looking for a multi-talented individual to join the team. This is an entry-level position that will interact internally with all areas (Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, IT, Business Development, Regulatory and Legal) and externally with the divisions’ business partners. This position will be focused on supporting partner evaluation, enhancing the onboarding/implementation process, and creating/supporting the companies’ automation initiatives within these processes.
This is a hybrid role for either Eatontown, NJ or Glastonbury, CT locations.
What you will do for C&F:
- Support current processes with respect to Due Diligence, Onboarding and Implementation (build on procedures through automation)
- Help identify improvements in a simple, clear and concise manner to reduce/eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies
- Assist with preparation, review and recording of due diligence documents submitted
- Track communications to partners regarding outstanding documents
- Assist with preparation of the partners onboarding and implementation packages
- Ensure adequate documentation is received from partners
- Build relationships and work closely with internal and external partners to gather data and articulate it into the manner needed
- Assist with the alignment of internal documents with agreements/contracts
- Attend management approved training as deemed appropriate
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer/Data Science or Accounting from an accredited college/university
- 2 years of related working experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A creative and outward thinking perspective
- Strong technical/computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytic/problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $56,000.00 to a maximum of $86,500.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
