We are a fast paced, high energy environment with a team who works hard but has fun doing it. We take pride in implementing and maintaining the 3 C’s of Crumbl; Cleanliness, Cookie Quality and Customer Experience.
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Shift Leads, Mixers and Bakers for all shifts between 6:00AM - 10:30PM Monday - Thursday and 6:00AM- 12:30AM on Friday and Saturday. You will always have Sundays off.
Base hourly rate of pay plus tips.
Duties depending on job include:
Assisting customers placing their orders.
Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies.
Leading other team members.
Maintaining high quality.
Maintaining proper storage of food products.
Maintaining cleanliness of the facility.

REQUIREMENTS
Positive attitude and strong communications skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Basic math and computer skills.
Energetic and enjoy happily greeting and serving customers.
Dependable and able to meet your shift commitment.
Must be 18 years or older for Mixer or Shift Lead position.
Must be 16 years or older for Baker position.
