Early Morning/AM Store Opener/Head Baker- Crumbl Glen Ellyn

We are seeking an AM Store Opener/Head Baker to oversee our morning and day operations of Crumbl at our Glen Ellyn, IL location. This position can start as early as 6:30 am and typically finishes by 3 pm.

Candidate will work 25-35 hours per week depending on candidates desired hours to work and availability.

This individual will be responsible for opening the store and setting the store up for a successful day. This person will be a self-motivated, results-driven independent individual who is reliable and can multi task. This position is to open the store multiple days a week, NO Sundays. They will have excellent time management skills and customer service skills. They will set the store up for daily success and manage operations throughout the morning/day. They will also learn various operations of Crumbl that include mixing, ovens, managing catering orders and inventory. Ultimately we are seeking an employee who loves to work in a team environment and is willing to learn the Crumbl Way of operations. This candidate will be excited to work for Crumbl and will bring that enthusiasm to work every day!

Requirements:

• Available to work Monday-Saturday. No Sundays! (4-5 Day Workweek)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee morning and/or daytime operations of store
• Mixing and preparing various Crumbl recipes
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness of store
• Ensure the highest level of quality in all of our products
• Ensure employees follow company/store policies
• Communicate with other leaders and team members in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
