Crumbl Cookies -the brand made famous by Tik Tok-is hiring immediately for Bakers to become a part of our team at its newest location serving the University of South Florida and surrounding neighborhoods in Tampa, Florida!
Are you a creative and an amazing cookie lover who strives to provide excellent baked treats and service in an efficient, professional manner? Are you interested in serving up deliciousness to the university community? Then you are what we are looking for to join our Crew!
Bakers will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. They will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.
To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.
Bakers will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for continuous hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

He and Sawyer Hemsley would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
