What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker - Mixing Specialist position at Crumbl Cookies?

As a Mixing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production process - making cookies and desserts from scratch! Commercial baking experience preferred, but not required. Our recipes are technology driven and easy to follow. If you are focused, detail oriented, and love working in a fast-paced/friendly environment - this role is just for you!
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 1 year commercial baking experience
- ServSafe certification
- Experience using scales, mixers, and other commercial bakery equipment
- Hands-on experience with understanding how time, temperature, ingredients and other factors affect the mixing / baking processes
- Knowledge of how to read formulas, measurements and recipes
- High level of reliability
- Availability to start at 6:00am - Monday through Saturday
Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable using mobile devices and applications
- 18 years or older
Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm. CLOSED SUNDAYS
