What Success Looks Like:
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Communication with staff members
- Ensure rubber compound is packaged properly.
- Clean batch-off bars & dip tank on a weekly basis
- Ensure loop lengths are set according to recipes.
- Maintain proper slab dip levels.
- Clean packaging containers prior to packaging compound
- Fill out daily forklift checklist.
- Assist strip mill operator if needed.
- Keep work area clean.
- Other duties as applies.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Requires lifting/pushing (10 – 100lbs.)
- Standing on your feet all day.
- Continually moving your arms while loading materials in to the tote.
Hourly Rate is $18.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift premium (for 2nd and 3rd shifts)
Second shift = 2:45PM – 11:00PM
