Job Description : Regional Sales Manager
Reports to : Vice President, GAP Sales
Position Objective : Contributes to the overall growth of the Region assigned by developing a market entry and penetration strategy, along with growing sales with new and existing customers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field
- 15 to 25 years' experience in sales industry and related field
- Established sales leadership record
- Industry knowledge
- Problem solving capability
- Excellent Communication skills - both oral and written
- Organized - prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel
- Dependable - follows instructions, responds to management direction - keeps commitments
- Takes Initiative - takes independent actions and calculated risks; looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; asks for and offers help when needed
- Ability to travel in the territory up to 75% of the time
