COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $70,000 bonus
  • Cell Phone Reimbursement: $100 a month
  • Health Insurance Reimbursement: $200 a month
  • Quarterly Bonus based on net profit goals set

POSITION SUMMARY

Leads the franchise in operations, financial success, development, and company culture. Commits to

being a servant leader, supporting, coaching, and driving the company towards excellence in

everything. Instills a culture that is focused on teamwork, communication, and having fun. Prioritizes customer experience, cleanliness and product quality.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


Crumbl Store Financial Review and Business Development

? Reviews the financials each month to drive the financial goals below with each store manager

  • Labor (15% – 20%)
  • Food Costs (16% to 20%)
  • Paper Goods (1% to 3%)
  • Gross Profit (55%)
  • Expenses (30%)
  • Net Profit (25%)

? Sets leading indicators with each manager for each store in the following areas to achieve

  • Reviews
  • Labor
  • Cookie Appearance
  • Average ticket size
  • Cookies / Labor
  • Waste
  • Food Costs
  • Paper Goods
  • Labor

? Daily reviews key store operations, sales, and growth metrics to coach and adjust store performance

? Develops internal and external strategies and tactics to drive new business sales monthly

  • Catering, Gift Cards, Drinks, business 2 business, Events, etc

? Once a quarter identifies 1 community engagement opportunity the stores can support or participate in


Crumbl Recruitment & Selection

? Assists in recruiting new bakers, shift leads, and future talent to meet the store’s needs

  • Utilizes the applicant tracking system to manage and communicate with applicants
  • Supports the Talent Recruiter and HR Administrator with hiring events

? Helps train, guide, and oversee the managers in the recruiting process

  • Provides input and feedback back to the manager on potential new hires

? Commits to only selecting the right “cultural” and “behavioral” fits when recruiting

  • Focuses on putting the “right” people in the “right” positions
  • Seeks out individuals who have great potential and align with company values

Crumbl Training & Development

? Utilizes the franchise talent map to identify talent needs, gaps, and forecasting future growth

? Invests time, energy, and resources developing managers, head shift leads, and shift leads

? Utilizes the Crumbl training material, resources, and systems to teach, train, and hold accountable

? Establishes a culture for the stores that are centered around training, learning, and growth

  • Teaches managers to promote a culture of growth and opportunity
  • Provides specific direction, benchmarks, and timeline for those who are being developed

Crumbl Operations

Crumbl Customer Service

? Trains all team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience

? Listens and uses the tools available to measure and improve the customer experience

? Addresses customer concerns or issues with empathy, promptness, and resolve

? Coaches’ managers, shift leads, and bakers how to resolve issues quickly with empathy


Crumbl Quality

? Provides hands on guidance and training on how to properly bake cookies following the recipes

? Ensures the team is well trained on the coming and current week’s cookie ingredients

? Conducts daily quality checks throughout the entire baking process to guarantee consistency

? Oversees the waste tracking and works with the team to mitigate consistent overage weekly


Crumbl Readiness and Evaluations

? Pays close attention to the atmosphere and organization of the entire store

? Coaches’ management, shift leads, and bakers in how to prioritize and maintain store readiness

  • Customer service

? Conducts monthly store evaluations to help ensure store readiness is a daily and weekly priority


Crumbl Delivery and Catering

? Ensures catering orders are being captured by managers and shift leads and are prioritized

? Communicates with customers regarding catering needs, order questions, and special deliveries

? Helps manage Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats issues with tech, orders, drivers, refunds, etc

? Supports and resolves any catering or delivery issues that arise and needs to be escalated


Crumbl Inventory & Ordering

? Responsible for monitoring food costs and finding the best prices without losing food quality

? Responsible for updating company ordering inventory workbook with accuracy of price and products

  • Helps managers with reminders and ordering as needed

? Approves each store order prior to the order is placed (Food, Paper, Liquids, Specialty, etc)

? Responsible for assisting in ordering weekly or bi-weekly depending on the demand and season

? Ensures unused returnable goods are scheduled for pick up as soon as possible

? Spot checks food, ingredients, and other perishable goods to ensure the FIFO process is in place

? Assists with addressing food vendor issues regarding deliveries, damaged foods, shortages, etc

? Helps store managers, with emergency food runs to local food establishments if needed

Crumbl Facilities and Equipment

? Closely monitors the appearance, integrity, and safety of store equipment

  • Ensures equipment issues are submitted and being addressed based on priority level

? Closely monitors the appearance and safety of the physical location (internal and external)

  • Ensures any facility related issue is reported and the correct individual has been notified

? Closely monitors the general safety of the store outside and communicates any concerns

? Communicates any trash or dumpster related issues promptly with the appropriate vendor

? Reports landlord related issues promptly and makes ownership aware


Crumbl Human Resources

? Responsible for approving and overseeing the manager’s store staffing schedule

? Responsible for communicating and addressing inappropriate use of company enterprise tools

? Responsible for performance managing, documenting, and terminating managers

? Responsible for holding managers and shift leads accountable to their job descriptions

? Responsible for communicating with human resources employee management related items

? Is proactively involved in manager accountability (food safety, attire, punctuality, conduct, customer service)


Crumbl General Operations Items

? Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in processes, leveraging AI as much as possible

? Leads weekly calls, sets agendas, and helps managers implement key initiatives

? Confirms POS registers are closed out properly, cash is accounted for, and deposited correctly

? Communicates via Slack key information relating to updates, corporate changes, operational improvements, celebrations, anniversaries, and birthdays, future opportunities, key dates, etc

? Approves manager’s Amex card purchases to ensure company money is managed well

? Works with city health inspectors to address store issues and help maintain a great relationship

? Manages relationships with key vendors, local franchisee networks, and Crumbl HQ ambassadors

? Intentionally recognizes performance and achievement regularly and celebrates the wins in fun ways


Crumbl New Store Development

? Directs and assists the opening store manager through the following areas

  • Recruitment and staffing
  • Onboarding and training
  • Plan & Scheduling for the grand opening and the 1st month

? Assists with setting up the new store equipment, kitchen supplies, and storage

? Assists in ordering the 1st store’s food and liquids through the varies vendors setup

? Assists in ordering the paper goods needed for grand opening and the first month

? Assists with a strategy and participates in the introduction of Crumbl to the community

? Assists with overseeing daily operations and addressing any major issues that may arise


Crumbl Cookies Centers of Gravity

? Ensures the Crumbl company mission and values is always being strived for and delivered

? Ensures each store has the proper amount and right team to deliver on the Crumbl mission

? Ensures each store is making great effort to deliver raving fan’s service every day

? Ensures each store is focused on quality and cookie availability

? Ensures each store is “store ready” and presentable for guests, owners, and evaluations

? Ensures each store is as profitable as it can be

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Flexibility to work remote and accomplish responsibilities quickly and with little oversite
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time and resource management, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to work independently or with others to solve problems
  • Follow and adhere to the company handbook
  • Ability to travel on occasion for company specific events, needs, etc
  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media and professional networks
  • Experience in using varies recruiting platforms and tools to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
