The Role of HR Assistant
As an HR Assistant you will coordinate administrative office services such as coordinating general business activities for yourself and others, appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities for Above the Line LLC, DBA Crumbl Cookies. Interpret operating policies and exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.
Compensation
- $18.00 to $21.00 (hourly wage)

Job Requirements
- Manage recruitment process, including application review, assessment of qualifications and first-round interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Manage I-9 Documentation and W4 collection using HRIS system
- Introduce new employees to company culture and policies
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS system
- Track and document compliance with mandatory training, such as safety training
- Assist management with disciplinary and employee relations issues
- Provide general administrative support to store managers
- Perform other duties as assigned by Owner
Role Qualifications
- Three years of related experience or relevant coursework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situation with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resources information system (HRIS)
