Responsibilities
Create weekly schedules and daily production plans for the bakery to produce product efficiently
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for customers
Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
Recruit, interview, train, and motivate bakers
Manage appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed
Qualifications
ServSafe (or equivalent) Manager's certificate
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
Must have 3-5 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in quick service food industry
Must be detail oriented to handle a weekly, rotating menu
Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
Computer skills and utilization of apps, iPads and POS systems strongly desired
Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
