What would I do as a Crumbl Manager?

Leadership Characteristics

  • While not visionary, Crumbl managers see the “big picture” with their feet firmly on the ground and focused on operational realities
  • They are champions of constructive change and enthusiastic about performance improvement
  • They foster good relations with franchise owners - often as a means of ensuring their service gets the resources it needs
  • They support their teams energetically – primarily through training and planning to prepare for change


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure high quality of food production and presentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment
  • Train, supervise, and mentor staff members
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities


Requirements

  • Proven experience in food production, team management, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food industry trends
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer software applications related to restaurant management
  • Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The General Manager may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

Ability to lift 50 lbs
