We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable team member to become one of our Closing PM Bakers here at our Germantown, WI location.

Responsibilities:
- Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn process and procedures
- Be able to multi-task and deliver stellar customer service
- Read through and follow recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Requirements:
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the location
- Must be 16 years of age or older to qualify for this position
- Must be willing to start between 2PM and 4PM
- Must be able/willing to close location; 10PM Monday-Thursday, 12AM Friday-Saturday
- Able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification (***The course has a fee of $9.99 and can be easily obtained online***)
- This job offers cash incentives for new employees after 45 days, then again after 90 days, to all new employees who show perfect attendance on their scheduled shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
