Crumbl Cookies is looking for full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers to join their team!
A delivery driver is one of the most important jobs at your store! Your drivers are solely responsible for getting any delivery cookie orders to the customer on time and warm. It is essential that each hire is reliable and concerned with customer satisfaction. The driver will pick up and drop off cookies corresponding to assigned routes and time schedules.
To succeed, you should be punctual and polite with a commitment to providing customers with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in checking that orders are correct, be committed to working safely, and passionate about customer experience.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering cookies to clients or businesses ON TIME
- Operating a motor vehicle such as cars, trucks, etc., for delivery purposes
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is happy
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Accepting payments for delivered items
- Providing the best customer service
- Answering questions and are comfortable handling complaints from customers
- Adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
