This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, which includes salaries, bonuses, and deductions. The Payroll Clerk must adhere to all relevant tax laws and company policies. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in maintaining payroll records are essential requirements for this position. The Payroll Clerk will work under general supervision to support all payroll functions.

Responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees, including the calculation and distribution of pay, bonuses, overtime, and other compensation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee information.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports, including year-end reports, and perform payroll reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with benefits providers to manage employee benefits enrollment, deductions, and other payroll-related issues.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Assist in the administration of benefits and other compensation programs.
- Experience with payroll reconciliation reporting.
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience as a payroll clerk is preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday, ADP, Papaya, or a similar payroll platform is a plus.
