What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist position at Crumbl?
The Sales Support Specialist will support the VP of Sales in executing the franchise sales strategy and ensuring smooth operation of the franchise awarding process. This role involves assisting with the compliance, franchise partner communications, document management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and problem solving skills.
This role plays a crucial part in facilitating the franchise growth process, providing support and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and be dedicated to helping potential franchisees navigate through the approval and interview stages, while also assisting with renewals and area development processes.
\n- Assist in gathering financial documents and collaborating with the sales team to evaluate potential locations for new franchises.
- Work closely with the operations team to assess suitability for growth and provide location recommendations.
- Coordinate and track interview steps for new franchisees, ensuring all paperwork is completed and organized.
- Send interview steps to new candidates, collect completed documentation, and send final information to the operations team for review.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the operations team and respond to candidate inquiries. In the future possibly interviewing potential new FP's.
- Prepare and send approval letters to franchise candidates who have been approved to franchise.
- Provide updates and communicate next steps as needed.
- Update the Canadian FDD weekly and ensure it is current and sent to all relevant parties.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of new store openings and fee deferral states to ensure accurate payment of franchise fees after opening,
- Distribute the FDD to individuals as needed, including those involved in the interview process, renewal, or growth initiatives.
- Assist with the renewal process, including gathering necessary paperwork, renewal fees, and facilitating the signing of termination agreements and new franchise agreements.
- Assign and manage stores for renewal, ensuring timely completion of all required steps.
- Assist with adding or removing individuals from franchise partnerships as requested.
- Support area developers through the sales process by coordinating FDDs, managing interview steps, and ensuring the timely completion of franchise agreements.

- Previous office management skills required
- Understanding of basic computer softwares (Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, etc.)
- Ability to learn new project management softwares
