What We’re Looking For:
- Availability for at least 2 full days per week.
- 2 years of professional child care experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children (reflected in your resume).
- 3-4 professional child care references.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
- CPR Certification.
- A valid driver’s license and car
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Prepare meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying play areas and children's belongings.
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $18-20 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
- Daily bonuses and overtime pay.
- Employee Status: Receive a W2 at year-end.Perks:
