YOUR IMPACT
The Vice President (VP) of Operations will be pivotal in shaping Crunch Fitness's success by leading operational excellence across your region. You will work closely with franchises to drive gym performance, enhance member experience, and ensure alignment with Crunchs strategic goals. This role offers significant opportunities to implement innovative strategies, develop high-performing teams, and establish strong franchise partnerships. The VP of Operations will play a key role in preparing the region for sustainable growth while supporting the broader goals for Crunch.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Leadership, Compliance, and Brand Alignment
- Leadership and Team Development
Lead a high-performing Regional Franchise Business Partner (FBP) team to ensure operational and strategic excellence.
Ensure brand consistency across all regional gyms, maintaining Crunchs values and mission.
Build and sustain strong relationships with franchisees, fostering trust, communication, and alignment with Crunchs vision.
Ensure gyms comply with Crunchs brand standards, operational procedures, and corporate policies.
Franchise Operational Excellence
Lead regional operations to align with corporate strategy and exceed member expectations.
Collaborate with franchisees to drive membership growth, optimize personal training (PT) revenue, and deliver consistent group fitness (GF) excellence.
Ensure Crunch delivers a consistent and engaging member experience across all gyms.
