About The Role
As a Product Manager Intern you will work closely with Product Managers on all aspects of the product development process. You'll participate in all the steps of the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch.
What you'll do as a Product Manager Intern
- Market research - identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
- Competitive analysis - conduct analysis of competitors' products and their strengths and weaknesses
- Gather customer feedback - collect user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, and make recommendations for product improvements
- Product roadmap - assist in maintaining the roadmap by prioritizing features
- Cross-functional collaboration - work with design, engineering, product marketing, learning and development, and sales through the product development and launch process
- Participate in team meetings: daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Rising senior or recent graduate in an undergraduate/graduate program
- High affinity towards data and technology with strong interest in user experience
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven focus with analytical capability
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Ability to dive deep and analyze problems/opportunities in the market
- Experience working in the restaurant industry
