Duties

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Provide support in both English and any additional languages as needed, ensuring clear communication with all customers.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices in customer service and office protocols.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
