Many recruiters billing $200K–$500K per year or more struggle to exceed these levels because the owners of their firm hasn’t been a BIG BILLER themselves and therefore cannot guide them to succeed past this range.
We offer multiple commission models that will help you achieve your personal and financial goals. This position can be remote or located in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. With Charles, you’ll receive the guidance and support needed to land bigger deals and break through your current billing plateaus.
This opportunity is exclusive to Executive Recruiters who (MUST HAVE TO QUALIFY)
-Consistently bill a minimum of $200K annually in full-time placements, managing their own business development, sales, and recruitment for these fees.
-Have a minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting candidates whose base salaries are $150k or more.
-Identify and build relationships with new clients to generate business opportunities.
-Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, and social media, to identify and attract top executive-level talent
-Conduct deep-dive interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
-Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
-Proven track record of positions you have successfully recruited for and successfully placed.
-Prefer a college degree applicant
