Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and manage visitor interactions.
- Coordinate and plan company meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using for financial transactions.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Organize office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Manage phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new agents and maintaining personnel files.
- Oversee general office management tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Software, such as, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in handling phone systems and office technology.
