Schedule and Compensation:
The Cabinet Production Specialist will work on a split shift schedule, Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:15 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:15 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cabinets and miscellaneous parts for shipment by packaging them in cardboard boxes with internal protection materials.
- Measure cabinets and add 1 inch for packaging dimensions.
- Communicate package sizes to the pack size operator.
- Wrap cabinets in bubble wrap, foam, or plastic for abrasive protection.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Efficiently package cabinets and parts for shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of packaged items.
- Meet quality standards for packaged items.
- Work effectively with the production and inspection teams.
