Pool Service Technician

Crystal Clear Pool & Spa Care is looking for a hard-working individual who is a dedicated professional that will take pride in delivering outstanding results who can also be reliable, honest and detailed oriented. As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our pools, by maintaining and repairing pool equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Problem solving, troubleshoot issues promptly with any pool equipment, complete and or scheduling repairs when needed

• Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters

• Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed

• Vacuum and skim pool surfaces to remove debris

• Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and services performed as they are updated to the customers profile daily

• Treating your customers with care and respect

• Respond to customer inquiries while providing excellent customer service

• Maintaining Health and Safety by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

• Ability to lift 50lb buckets/bags regularly

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pool Technician or similar role (Preferred not required)
• Strong mechanical knowledge of pool equipment and systems (Preferred not required)
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair (Preferred)
• Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing (Preferred not required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to learn troubleshoot equipment issues (Essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently (Essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (Essential)

Training will be provided; this is a physically demanding job that required heavy lifting

Job Type: Part-time and is At-will employment.

Pay: From $20:00 per hour
