- Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical balancing to ensure water quality.
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems and machinery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment status.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance and cleaning
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Previous service technician experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Excellent attention to detail and safety practices
