We are looking for a Project Manager, Learning & Development (Contractor) to support our Learning Team in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive skill development and performance across our organization.
What You’ll Do
Learning Program Design & Development
- Design and develop leadership and manager learning content that aligns with business goals and employee development needs.
- Implement instructional design best practices to create engaging, effective learning experiences across multiple modalities (e.g., virtual, in-person, eLearning).
- Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, eLearning modules, and interactive resources.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Independently manage small to mid-sized learning projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to assess training needs and create aligned learning solutions.
- Influence and engage stakeholders across teams to drive adoption and success of learning initiatives.
Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate learning sessions for large groups, adapting to different learning styles and audience needs.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants.
Continuous Improvement & Evaluation
- Conduct basic root-cause analysis to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.
- Measure the impact of learning programs through feedback, engagement metrics, and performance outcomes.
- Iterate on learning content based on learner and stakeholder feedback.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- Experience managing learning & development projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
- Ability to design and implement learning programs using various instructional methods and learning technologies.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading interactive learning sessions for diverse audiences.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and identify learning needs based on business challenges.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience managing communication plans for learning programs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or management development training.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS), Articulate Rise, and content management platforms.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Background in tech, engineering, or a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Pay range is $45-$48 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
