Warehouse Return Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and engage with customers.

- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to set priorities, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in returns/reverse operations, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective communication with Site/General Manager and team members, participation in official physical inventories (PI), and timely completion of reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 Years of Experience in Logistics Operations Support or Warehouse Supervisory Position.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Minimum 3 Years Leadership Experience in Returns/Reverse Operations Required.
- Excellent Data Analysis Skills, Working Knowledge of Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management Software.
- Bilingual is a Plus.
