As a vital member of our Monetization organization, you will lead diverse product marketing initiatives for our innovative lead generation portfolio. This is a senior-level position requiring exceptional leadership abilities, strategic insight, and a dedication to developing groundbreaking advertising solutions.Your Responsibilities Will Include : Leading the understanding of work and crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies for key products in our lead generation portfolio.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Research, Communications, and Marketing.Developing and implementing GTM strategies to introduce pioneering advertising experiences to the market.Conducting comprehensive analyses to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, and pinpointing unmet demands through discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.Representing the advertiser's perspective while managing alpha and beta testing processes.Crafting the GTM strategy with a strong advertiser value proposition, effective marketplace positioning, and external-facing enablement and proof points.Guiding a dynamic team of Product Marketers focused on both inbound and outbound product marketing.Mentoring and coaching high-performing team members to foster growth and development.What We Are Looking For : A Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS).10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent roles.Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and in building consensus among diverse stakeholders in a high-expectation, entrepreneurial environment.Experience mentoring and / or managing top-performing professionals.Digital advertising product development and GTM experience, particularly with direct response digital advertisers both in the U.S. and globally.Strong leadership skills paired with strategic thinking and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences.A scrappy, resourceful, action-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership to deliver measurable impact.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in lead generation marketing.Familiarity with current trends and developments in digital advertising.We offer a competitive pay range of $119 - $124 per hour along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision / life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
