Crystal Finishing Systems located in the bustling town of Mosinee, WI has an opportunity in our Facilities Maintenance department as a Facilities Maintenance Support. This Monday-Friday role plays a critical factor in our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain clean and organized restrooms, break rooms, and entries, including trash removal and restocking supplies.
- Operate cleaning equipment and assist with basic maintenance tasks like repairs, painting, and preventative care.
- Address facility issues promptly, follow safety protocols, and support workplace safety initiatives.
- Monitor inventory for supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient usage.
- Provide minor landscaping, work order updates, and support continuous improvement efforts.
WHO YOU ARE
- Self-motivated, independent worker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform basic math and troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and electronic mediums.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capable of operating equipment safely and legally, including company vehicles.
