In this role, you’ll design and implement engaging learning programs, collaborate with leaders across the company, and play a key part in shaping a strong, positive company culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and oversee training programs that support leadership, technical skills, and professional development.
- Assess training needs, analyze data, and create initiatives that drive positive change.
- Design dynamic learning experiences using a variety of training methods and technologies.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.
- Establish relationships with external educational institutions and training partners.
- Manage leadership onboarding programs to help new leaders hit the ground running.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in training or teaching adult learners.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or a willingness to learn about operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A passion for professional development and continuous improvement.
