Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional front-line support and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Employee Duties:
Mail:
- Check the mailbox daily.
TimeStation:
- Monitor clock-in/out times daily and update timesheets.
General Office Assistance:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Clean office, hallway, front entry, and restroom (vacuum, mop, dust, etc.).
- Order office and cleaning supplies.
- Wash or swap out laundry in the shop.
- Maintain cleaning chemicals, caddies, and vacuums.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Post daily on Facebook about services, promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Organize before/after photos for social media.
- Assist with email marketing and promotional materials.
Administrative Support:
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to Jennifer.
- Collect caller details (name, phone number, address, service request).
- Note special requests for the cleaning team.
Voicemail:
- Check daily and give messages to Office Manager.
Human Resources Assistance:
- Assist with recruitment, posting jobs, and scheduling interviews.
- Attend interviews with Jennifer.
Skills
- Proficient in computer use with a strong understanding of office software applications.
- Experience with commercial and residential cleaning, windows, floors, etc a plus but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Iphone for handling calls and messages.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an office setting while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
