Lunchroom Supervisor (anticipated)

Cary-Grove High School, within Community High School District 155, is looking for a lunchroom supervisor beginning January 2025. The lunchroom supervisor will submit a timesheet and work 3 periods per day on the days school is in session. Please note that there are no medical benefits associated with this position nor is it IMRF eligible. Licensure is not required for this position. The general requirements and responsibilities of this position are below:

• Evidence of good judgment, trustworthiness, flexibility, and emotional maturity
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and is self-directed
• Exhibits professionalism and commitment through punctuality and attendance
• Observe and follow District 155 policies and procedures
• Assists with strategies for maintaining orderly classroom behavior on an individual and group basis
• Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Establishes and maintains positive communications and relations with staff and students.
• Assists in upholding and enforcing both school and district rules and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the identified building supervisor or designee
