Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- One Saturday per month: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Expected Hours: 28-30 per week
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for patients—greet and assist them in-person and over the phone.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Communicate with insurance companies and manage patient billing inquiries.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Strong Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and willing to learn dental software (experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental is a plus).
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling, record-keeping, and handling patient information.
Experience: At least one year of dental reception experience required.
Compensation:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
Location Requirement:
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
