What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer School Social Worker 2025 position at Crystal Lake Elementary District #47?
Crystal Lake School District 47 currently has an opening for a Summer School Social Worker. The Social Worker will provide services that facilitate the growth and development of summer school students. Responsibilities include providing services to and on behalf of students whose education and / or psychosocial development is restricted due to social, emotional, and / or behavioral considerations, family circumstances, or environmental problems.
The Summer Program will run from June 9, 2025 through July 3, 2025 at Glacier Ridge. Time will be 7 : 45am - 12 : 30pm. Days are Monday-Thursday.
Pay will be $186.87 per day. There will also be a $300 bonus for licensed staff who are returning for Summer School from last year (2024) in District 47. Must work the entire summer program.
Requirements include :
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
- School Social Work endorsement
