Position Title: Rental Tech - Part Time
Business Unit: Rentals
Position Reports to: Rental & Retail Sr. Manager
Wage Range: $20.00 -$21.00
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for fitting boots, selecting and adjusting skis and snowboards for all levels, maintenance and inventory of all equipment. Provide customers with information on how to use equipment, skis, boots, snowboards, snowshoes, clothing and goggles. Responsible for learning all aspects of the rental process and becoming a professional at what you do and learning about all the products being sold and making product suggestions.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Rossignol ski binding certification and machinery certifications
Be Knowledgeable about the products we carry
Maintains Rental & Demo Skis and Snowboards board fleet
Maintains a clean and tidy work area
Works well with other departments
Handles customer issues and responsible for shop NPS scores
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Shoveling snow and keeping the sundeck clear of snow and ice
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Positive attitude with strong guest services and communication skills a must
Abides by all Crystal Mountain employment guidelines
