Wage Range: 16.50- 18.50 DOE tips

JOB SUMMARY
The F&B Cashier at Crystal Mountain, is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our dining facilities. Key duties include handling credit, and digital payments accurately, taking and confirming orders, and assisting with basic food service tasks. You'll ensure a clean and organized workstation while offering friendly assistance to guests. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Arrives on time, clean, and in proper uniform
- Clocks in and out according to shift
- Demonstrates an upbeat, positive attitude and acts and communicates with our guests in a positive manner
- Maintains cleanliness of cashier, condiment, and beverage stations
- Stocks and refills beverage machines, condiments, and utensils
- Reports any equipment malfunctions or breakage to the proper channels to resolve the issue ASAP.
- Adheres to all policies, standards, SOP's and training as directed by the General Manager and F&B Director.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience using point of sale technology and credit card transaction processing
- Proven exemplary customer service skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis. .
- Auditory and visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
