What You'll Do :
- Help children with daily tasks like eating, dressing, and personal care.
- Maximize resident engagement by fostering meaningful interactions and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement as they work on skills like communication and social interaction.
- Be a safe and trusted person to transport them to medical appointments, therapy, and fun community outings.
- Collaborate with families and medical staff to ensure each child's unique care plan is followed.

Compensation :
Example : Base pay of $18.50 per hour (without experience) plus a $3 per hour weekend shift differential means you could earn $21.50 per hour for certain shifts!
