Summary:
We are actively seeking a dependable individual to fill our full time Housekeeper/Floor Technician position. This position is full-time with full competitive company benefits, Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM. Some flexibility is needed for an occasional evening or weekend. The individual in this position must be capable of performing heavy cleaning tasks safely; possess skills in operating a variety of heavy equipment and machinery used by the department and understand and maintain standards of sanitary, hygienic practice.
$200.00 sign on bonus
Requirements:
- Individual must have own vehicle to commute to and from designated assignments
- Must possess skills in operating variety of floor cleaning equipment and machinery used by the department
- Capable of performing heavy cleaning tasks safely
- Carry up to 30 lbs; bend, lift heavy equipment, squat and use repetitive motion with hands
- Can work independently and communicate well with other departments
- Read, write, speak, and understand English for the safety of the individuals we serve
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Criminal Records Check (CORI) and mandatory drug testing

Starting pay rate is $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 per hour staff retention pay rate. Retention pay is funded until June 30, 2023. Continuance of retention pay is based on funding.
