TESCO, Inc. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Techs to join our team at healthcare facilities in Orleans, Hyannis, Eastham, West Yarmouth, and Falmouth, MA. If you have experience in floor care and take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, we encourage you to apply!
Available Shifts: (3:00pm - 11:30pm) – Monday to Friday
Pay- $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care duties, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors.
- Clean and maintain carpeted and hard-surfaced floors in patient rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces.
- Ensure floors are free of debris, stains, and hazards.
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers.
- Replenish essential supplies as needed.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols while performing floor care tasks.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in floor care or as a floor tech preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care procedures, equipment, and products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
