Crystal Springs Inc., a leading residential facility for individuals with varying disabilities, is currently seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our dynamic team full-time in Assonet, MA.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Special Needs Teacher, you get to wear multiple hats! You develop and coordinate educational programs that cover everything from academics, fine and gross motor skills, language development, behavioral and social skills, to the essential activities of daily living. You craft Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) specifically tailored to each student in your class - ensuring that each child gets the personalized attention they deserve.
But that's not all! You also get to supervise and evaluate classroom teaching assistants, teacher aides, and assigned float teacher aides. Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment is a key part of your role. Your dedication and expertise play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Bachelor's degree
- A Massachusetts Special Needs teaching license or a license-eligible waiver from DESE is desired, as is a Severe Special Needs license.
