Crystal Springs Resort is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Concierge. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to hotel guests by offering information on resort amenities, local attractions, and events in the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and prior experience in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Provide clear and accurate directions to and from various locations.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the resort’s amenities.
- Assist with making dinner, spa, shuttle, and golf tee-time reservations.
- Provide guests with information about limousine services and area attractions.
- Help guests with printing boarding passes and offer local necessities (such as hospital and church details).
- Obtain and provide theater information, including showtimes and locations.
- Coordinate special appointments and reservations with area attractions.
- Collect and distribute brochures and other relevant materials for local attractions.
- Regularly update the Concierge Information Book and Restaurant/Dining Options Book for guest reference at the front desk.
- Create and distribute a Schedule of Events for both weekdays and weekends, ensuring guests are informed during check-in.
- Process and mail out guests’ lost and found items promptly.
- Assist Social Membership applicants by directing them to the CS Pro Shop and addressing any questions over the phone.
- Assist the Front Desk when needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Bilingual preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
