As a Travel Design Associate, you will start by supporting the sales team and assisting with office administration, gradually moving into a more client-facing role. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn the ins and outs of travel planning and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, answering phones, and organizing client files.
- Assist the sales team with itinerary planning, booking coordination, and client communications.
- Research and update supplier information, travel packages, and pricing.
- Work with vendors and partners to confirm travel arrangements and ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to content updates, social media, and promotional materials.
- Develop product knowledge to transition into a sales role, assisting clients with their travel plans.
- A recent graduate with a degree in a Business, Geography, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
