Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience within information technology
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve organizational efficiency
- Agricultural background desirable
- Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
Pay Range: $85,000 – $160,000/ year
Salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
