Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on improving patient outcomes and contributing to the collaborative environment of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facilities
- Focus on high-quality care for patients while maintaining a balance with productivity
- Engage in regular learning opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
- Work collaboratively with MDs to manage patient care and treatment options
- Participate in an equitable on-call schedule
