Job Title : HR Generalist
Location : Fort Worth, TX 76102
Schedule : M-F, 8AM-5PM CST
Salary Range : $60K-$65K BOE
Duration : Contract to Hire!
Job Duties :
- Actively contribute to diverse human resources responsibilities.
- Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Lead onboarding efforts, leveraging recruitment and HR systems to streamline processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding leave policies, benefits, and employment matters via the HR communication hub.
- Maintain adherence to relevant employment regulations and workplace requirements.
- Desirable : Background in managing workplace claims and compliance matters.
