AP/AR Administrative Assistant

Retail store is seeking an Administrative Assistant with at least one-year of clerical experience to help with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for Texas and Louisiana locations. Assist with general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and emailing. Must have some billing and invoice experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Work, Outlook, Excel. This job will require an organized and detail-oriented skill set and the ability to follow directions while working courteously with others. Candidates should be able to pass a background check and provide previous work references.
